These are the terms and conditions on which we supply products and services to you, the consumer. This includes any goods and/or services provided by Mobile Tyre Xpress.
We reserve the right to change these terms at any time without prior notice, by posting the updated version on our website. It is your responsibility to review the terms regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes.

Please read these terms carefully before placing your order. They explain who we are, how we will deliver products or services, your rights, how to cancel or change your order, and what to do in case of a problem.

5. Mobile Services – Access to Your Vehicle

You must be present at the address provided at the time of your scheduled appointment. You must also provide free and prompt access to your vehicle so we can deliver the products and carry out the service.

6. Cancellation by You & Additional Charges

If we arrive at your fitting appointment and are unable to carry out the service due to reasons beyond our control, a £50 call-out fee will apply. This includes (but is not limited to):

  • You not being present

  • Incorrect tyre size or type

  • Damaged or missing locking wheel nut key

  • Buckled or damaged wheels

  • Seized wheels or over-tightened bolts

  • Mechanical faults or modifications preventing service

Additional charges may apply for damaged or missing locking wheel nut keys, seized bolts, or any mechanical issue that affects our ability to perform the fitting.

7. Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an order for any of the following reasons:

  • The requested goods or services are unavailable

  • The service cannot be carried out on the requested date

  • You provided false, incomplete, or inaccurate information

We are not liable for any inconvenience caused by cancellations or rescheduling. Fraudulent information may result in legal action.

8. Locking Wheel Nut Removal

  • If your vehicle requires a locking wheel nut key and it is damaged or missing, we offer a Locking Wheel Nut Removal service for an additional fee.

  • Prices vary based on nut style and condition.

  • This service is not 100% guaranteed, especially if the nuts are:

    • Over-tightened

    • Corroded

    • Seized or damaged

  • This service is unavailable for certain vehicles, including:

  • Removal attempts may cause damage to the nuts or wheels, for which we are not responsible. Please ensure replacement nuts or bolts are available at the time of service.

  • Our vans (Renault Master) require a minimum clearance of 8ft 6in to access your location safely.

9. Our Liability

Except where prohibited by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (e.g. loss of time, materials, data, or inconvenience) related to our services or products.

  • Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the goods or services in question.

  • We are not liable for compatibility issues, misuse, or alterations of the products supplied.

  • We are not responsible for personal belongings left in your vehicle.

However, nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any statutory consumer rights which cannot be excluded by law.
